Stinging Nettle (Urtica dioica)  is an herb that helps reduce inflammation. And is used to treat Arthritis in Germany. It is used in shampoo to control dandruff and is said to make the hair more glossy. If you fold the nettle the right way you can eat it raw. It has a taste similar to spinach. When cooked it is rich in vitamins A, C, Iron, Potassium, Manganese, and Calcium. Many folk remedies include: Dandelion, Horsetail, Dock Leaf, Greater Plantain, Jewel weed, the spores of a fern, Mud, Saliva, or Baking Soda, Oil, and Onions, Lemons, and Milk of Magnesia.
